I had a similar experience with $JBSS to yours with $NFLX. I sold it the day before earnings out of pure fear only to see it blow past my original target when they reported. It was one of the few stocks that I had which was holding up well during the carnage with no technical or fundamental changes to warrant an exit.
These are traumatic experiences that hopefully will be burned in our memory so that we don't repeat the same mistake again.
